An incredible 7000 years ago the first humans arrived in the Keweenaw to extract pure copper from the earth, hammering and chiseling at the rock to break the metal free from its grasp. As time evolved the methods for removing the copper became more advanced, eventually leading to drilling holes and blasting the copper out with TNT. Men worked 10 hour shifts 6 days a week carving the metal from the mountain and in 1920 after 70 years of underground mining they abandoned the remaining copper and left the tunnels vacant of their toils.
The Miners Revenge takes you deep into the mountain and through the pits of ancient miners who spent their lives chasing the red metal. Some say the men who died still live in the mine protecting their claim, we can’t say that’s true but we can say that anything can happen when you are 300 feet below the surface and there’s nobody to hear you scream.
Miners Revenge, they were chasing a dream of riches in the form of silver and copper, you are being chased, and we have just one question, who’s afraid of the dark?
